I booked for my fussy 21-year-old son, and the above are his comments. "The only issue is that they had no swimming pool", he said. Yea right! For the price I paid, he is Lucky; he got excellent customer service. "

"Staff amazing and gelpful"

"The room was very clean, but cold, receptionist gave us another room as couldn’t get heating to work, had same problem with the next room. She couldn’t get it to work either but brought us a heater which warmed the room very quickly. She was very good & came back later to check it had warmed up. Would definitely recommend hotel to others"
