Best self catering accommodation weve stayed in !
This is a great place to stay ,very clean and comfortable .,the hosts Katrina and Arthur are lovely and have thought of everything with their accommodation, including a lovely welcome hamper.Only a short walk to the beach and good location to explore from .The local pub The Ship serves great food and staff are very friendly .we would highly recommend this holiday home !

A lovely place, beautifully decorated in a great location. Katrina and Arthur provided us with more than is usually available in a rented holiday home, including delicious scones for cream tea. Also, very clean. Nice outside area to sit in.

Really nice place. Didn’t realise the property manager lived upstairs. We could hear them walking about & it didn’t feel private to us.

Thank you for your feedback. We do live on site as it states in the information, ( maybe you missed that bit?) we do like to make guests feel welcome and are approachable for any issue, ( like the one you had with the heating). However we respect all our guests privacy, as some guests prefer to keep themselves to themselves, which is absolutely fine. We have a very good sound proof system but the occasional heavy footstep is bound to happen.

Amazing Place
Spotless very well-equipped apartment. In a great location, easy walking distance to local beach, pub and café. Katrina and Arthur are friendly and were always available if you needed anything. They also provided a really nice welcome pack. Private off the street parking, in a relaxing setting. Great base location for visiting local attractions and exploring.

lovely place
We stayed in a lovely place. had a lovely view, right by the harbour and beach. Plenty to see and do there. On the night and early in the mornings we could hear the floor boards creaking as the owners walked about, especially in the mornings , it woke us up. On Thursday morning a van appeared at 8am and started banging and hammering. We were not informed of this.

Perfect hideaway!
Absolutely beautiful property, extremely comfortable with everything needed for a very relaxing break. Thoughtful touches were the little extras left for our enjoyment - scones, jam and clotted cream, a bottle of Prosecco (my favourite) and a welcoming note complete with telephone number in case we needed anything. The hosts are really lovely people who made us immediately comfortable. The village is small but friendly and the beach is wild and spectacular when the weather is sunny, cold and VERY windy! Will definitely visit again and would recommend unreservedly. Thank you, Katrina and Arthur, we had a wonderful time.

Christmas 2022
Wonderful location. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and is tastefully decorated. We arrived to a hamper of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, milk cakes, clotted cream and a very welcome bottle of Prosecco. The hosts were very friendly and informative regarding places to visit etc. Will definitely return.

Perfect base for a break in South Cornwall
Property was modern, clean and very well equipped. Pentewan is a beautiful location with a lovely sandy bay. Ideal base for a holiday in South Cornwall with the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, Falmouth and Charlestown all relatively close by.

Loved it!
Our stay at Anneth Lowan was everything we could have wanted....very clean, fab location, all in the apartment you could need. Lovely 'welcome pack' too. Knowing someone was there on hand should we have had any problem was also a bonus. We had a relaxing time, what we both needed, also some outings too. The Beach was great....I hope we can return in the future.

Perfect Peace and Quiet
It was just as advertised. Everything was on hand for a lovely relaxing break. Spotlessly clean and Katrina welcomed us on arrival making my wife and myself feel at home and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Anneth Lowan. Katrina and Arthur were very welcoming and the cream tea and bubbly was a nice surprise. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.and ideally located for the beach, lovely walks and visiting local family.

Clean, simple but well-equipped, quiet
Perfect for what we wanted for a few days break: clean, simple, quiet base to relax and gently explore of the pretty area. Fully equipped kitchen. And TV, WiFi, shower, heating and terrace area were all good. Generous and tasty welcome treats supplied. Living spaces were smallish but plenty spacious enough. Would have loved a more comfortable sofa to snuggle up on together for a Netflix evening though…but it gets 5 Stars from us anyway. Would visit again.

A great little apartment
We had a fabulous stay at Anneth Lowan. Thank you Katrina and Arthur. The property was spotlessly clean and well furnished with everything we needed. A great location, close to lots of lovely beaches, towns and sights. Thank you for the welcome scones and fizz, it was a lovely touch. The only slight negative was the frustration with the WiFi and network connection but, for an ‘out of the way’ property, it’s understandable. Absolutely fabulous!
I was so pleased to have found this property as it really is fabulous. I booked it as a present for my partners birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely host & accommodation, amazing location
Great location in the small village of Pentewan. Access to beach just a short walk and to the coastal path. Accommodation was sparkling clean, with all the equipment you'd find in your own house. Lovely for a couple, quite with private parking, outdoors sitting area and bbq. The hosts are amazing and very helpful.

Pleasant winter get away
Lovely little one bed flat, well appointed. Internet rather slow though and no mobile phone signal. Not the owner's fault of course and checking on the coverage maps, no provider has much to speak of 'indoors'. Fabulous beach, even in the winter and close to some great Cornwall attractions. Would recommend.

Well furnished, great location, very comfortable and homely feeling.
We arrived late in the evening and the accommodation was very easy to find. There was a great welcome hamper waiting for us to enjoy after our long drive. The hosts were helpful and provided nice ideas for our stay. The stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely be returning. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was perfect for this. We used the accommodation as a base and created day trips around Cornwall. We highly recommend the Hill Point walk starting in Fowey. The Sunday roast at King of Prussia is a must!

brilliant position
Lovely position at the top of a lane,where you walk to the bottom,134yds,and there is a great cafe that does wonderful food plus b/b.Then you walk round corner ,50yds,to the Ship Inn that does great beer,great food,and also b/b.Pentewan ius a fantastic place to use as a base to get to places like Charlestown,Mevagissey,St.Austell etc.For me it was ideal as i have rheumatism.Katrina and Arthur are perfect hosts who let you get on with your holiday but are there when you need them,highly recommended. ******
