"The hotel in general wasn't bad, the staff was friendly, quick check in and out was easy and fast. Room was cozy. Bed was comfortable. Just a few blocks from Little Italy. I only have 2 complaints 1.) One out of the two elevators were working so the wait for the elevator was ridiculously long and people were packed in there like sardines. 2.) Thought the restaurant menu would have been larger, but there were only a few items to choose from. Overall, I'd definitely book again here. "

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The food, pool area, and overall amenities exceeded our expectations. Every detail made our trip feel relaxing and memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to come back again. "AC units sounded like diesel generators. I changed rooms to avoid one and the second room did it too. Maintenance guy fixed it fast to his credit and was nice too. Hot tub emits some horrible sucking sound. All the guests in the tub commented on it and it drove us crazy. It was like having a dentists suction device next to your ear at full volume. Towels ran out at the pool and it took the property and extended amount of time and multiple guest complaints to refill. Finally, the staff were making a ruckus in the room next to mine (705) at 10:45pm Saturday night while we were trying to sleep. Talking at full volume right outside our door, letting the door slam, etc. I had to come out and ask them to keep it down. Would not return."

"Excellent stay. I was upgraded to the 12th floor (top floor) without asking. Felt great. Awesome staff. Will definitely be back. The only negative would be the shower door. The door closest to the faucet is sealed/locked for some reason. It was difficult turning on the shower w/o getting wet with the initial cold water. Outside of that, GREAT stay, great staff and great hotel."

"Room was small and basic. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to upgrade. No pool so that was disappointing. Too pricey for what it’s worth "
