"The staff at this hotel are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have everything you need. This was my second stay at this location and this time I brought my dog. She stole the show and came to be a staff favorite in the 2 and a half days we were there. Best pet friendly hotel I’ve stayed in by far."

"Pool was closed when we arrived. They now charge $15 for us to park in a park in an empty parking lot. We ordered pizza for a late night snack and it wasn’t cut enough to get slices or even try to cut it again with a plastic knife. When we went down for breakfast the man behind the omelet station was yelling at people for getting in line when they were still serving breakfast for 30 minutes. We enjoy the room layout and the convenience of the location."

"The room was clean. We had to give 100$ at check-in to cover anything we might ruin or steal, but they never checked the room before they returned the cash at checkout. I guess you could put ithe 100$ on your credit card if you didn't want to use cash. The breakfast muffins were good.we wanted a place to sleep that was close to our event and clean and Best Western was fine. Easy parking."

"Everything was amazing, only issue we had was the spotlight a foot away from the window shining in, made it seem like daylight outside even with both blinds closed. Other than that, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay again"

"Room was small, extremely dusty air vents, enough dust to collect and make a bunny. There are definitely air quality improvements needed and I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone with even the mildest of respiratory issues or scent sensitivity. Outside parking lot was trashy, random scattered trash everywhere that was never cleaned up during our few nights stay. Okay place if you'd like to be in walking distance to restaurants. "Not a fan of the parking lot. ³Room was great and shower was nice. No soap tho in the shower. Glad I brought my own shower stuff. My friend however didnt have soap. Air conditioner did not work only worked on fan. Also had to clean the AC filters the fan was barely blowing. But the room itself was nice and bathroom. Beds were comfy. Clean sheets etc..."

"sound insulation is no good. noise came in when people running or simply walking past the door. The bathroom ventilation fan makes noise throughout the night,"

"The signage for the property was very difficult to locate. The sign measuures approximately 18 inches tall by 24 inches wide and was not lite for the midnight arrival. It is located behind a warehouse building and another hotel so the Ctual building was also very hard to locate"

"Proximity to the area's attraction is very good. I return because the accommodations & breakfast are on point."
