It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times under Comfort Suites, it was amazing. Right now, they are going through changes, with exterior renovations and Hotel name change. So, the hotel is not like the past, they need to work in making sure that the rooms are cleaned and staff know what to do. I do look forward in staying here again once all the changes are done, hoping that the hotel will be like it was in the past.

The girl who checked us in was not friendly or informative. We had no idea where our room was or where to park. No information about amenities or a pool. Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. It was clean, but the hair dryer was missing. The hostess at breakfast was engaging and attentive to the meal. She did a great job. Other staff in the kitchen, could have cared less that there was no apple juice in the dispenser. Our stay was quiet, but they could do better.
