"We weren’t happy that the room description on Expedia said our apartment had a double bed and 2 singles but was in fact a double bed and a sofa bed. We I contacted the hotel a month before arrival to check this were assured by email that we would be given a room with 4 beds on arrival but this did not happen. After a long conversation and practically begging, (even with the email proof from the hotel) , we managed to get our room changed but had to have 2 seperate rooms and not a family room....

"We had a great stay! The lovely hosts made us feel at home and were very helpful when we had questions or requests. Balconies are great to watch the sun set and moon rise. Fantastic outdoor area with beautiful lap pool. Just a few steps to the beach and outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. "It’s a very big hotel the staff are very good , the cocktail waiter at the bar by the stairs is brilliant, it’s spotless clean, the food is very good , my only thing was I didn’t realise it would be so busy a lot of young family’s which if that’s what you are it’s perfect for you , I just never realised it when I booked ! Overall it deserves a 5"
