Good choice for couples

Mariella was very accommodating. The room had one bed for 2 and a pullout. There was a coffee machine in the room and small fridge. Bathroom was clean and had hairdryer and shower gel. The building was quiet. The location was within 10 minute walk to both the ferry terminal and old town. Breakfast was served in you room consisting of coffee, fruit, muesli with yoghurt. Small sandwich and pastry... Certainly enough to start your day.

Personal super. Sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Leider kein Raum für Frühstück, deshalb wird dies im Zimmer eingenommen. Tolles Zimmer, großes und sauberes Bad.

Sehr schön geführtes Haus, komfortable Apartments mit küchenzeile, Badezimmer, großem TV. Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer serviert, was sehr angenehm ist. Für Städtereisen zu empfehlen, da nur 5-10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt und 10-15 min zum Strand.

Nice stay with good location

Small apartment nicely located close to old town and the vehicle and passenger ferries. Our room was nice and quiet. Rooms are located at first floor and don't have balconies. Breakfast was served to room and was great. Owner had asked check-in time with e-mail, which I hadn't unfortunately noticed. Luckily host was there opening door when we arrived. Payment had to be done with cash, credit card wasn't accepted. Overall I was satisfied with this hotel and our host was great.

Split stay

It was a little cozy for us but comfortable. Breakfast is served to the room and not much choice than hardboiled eggs and sandwiches with juice and coffee. Be prepared if driving as parking is anything but horrendous. Thankfully the hostess was very accommodating moving her car so we could park. It is street side parking only. Bed was comfy with good pillows. The place was a short walking distance to all sights.

A 10 minute walk into the city centre, quiet area perfect for us. Friendly, helpful staff. Kettle and tea, coffee facilities. Nice large shower-room, a non slip mat would have been useful addition. Tv and air-con/heater. Small double hotplate, sink and facilities to do some cooking, but we enjoyed our morning breakfast and eat out whilst sightseeing everyday. On a very quiet one way street, no traffic noise.

This is a small apartment conveniently located within a 15 minute walk to old town Split and the vehicle and passenger ferries. As well, the communication from the owner about our needs and arrival time was excellent. Parking is sparse however, the lady that greeted us reserved a spot on the street by parking her own vehicle in place and then moved it for us. In addition, because we were leaving early in the morning she kindly prepared some breakfast for us in advance the night before. Thank you for your support.

Since the check in my stay was horrible. I left one day before the check out. The Check-in hours is written in the website: From 2 pm - midnight. I arrived at 9 pm and there was nobody there, no front desk, no staff, nothing, just a closed door in an old building, not as described in the web site, I sent a message for the phone number written in the door and the staff sent me a rude message questioning me about the time of my arrival. Saying I was late, should called explaining etc . Really?? In their website say: Free parking. Of course is free, it’s in the STREET!!! In the sidewalk! Unbelievable! There is no sheet set on bed. In fact the only true in their website is the free breakfast, and to be honest is not bad. But the rest, NEVER coming back.

Muy cómodo para conocer la ciudad a pie.

Es una habitación con Baño, heladera,TV, Wi-fi muy cómoda a pocas cuadras del centro histórico, tiene un lugar para estacionar el vehículo y cuenta con desayuno en la habitación. Muy limpio y ordenado, está re ivado a nuevo.

The Apartment was very clean and modern. It is about a ten minute walk to the “Riva” and old part of Split. The hostess was very welcoming and very helpful.

Excellent "hôtel"

Les chambres, joliment décorées, ne sont pas dans en hôtel mais dans un appartement aménagé à cet effet. Il n'y a donc ni cuisine, ni réception (le petit déjeuner vous est apporté tous les matins dans la chambre). Il est très bien situé. Le stationnement se fait dans les rues adjacentes. La personne qui a géré notre arrivée est très sympathique et elle avait garé sa voiture devant l'entrée de l'immeuble pour que nous puissions décharger les valises. Attention, le paiement se fait en cash, les cartes bancaires ne sont pas acceptées comme pratiquement dans tous les hôtels de la Croatie. Nous recommandons vivement cet "hôtel".

Great location! Close walking distance to Bacvice and Diocletians Palace. Many great restaurants and bars near by. Street parking, can usually park close. Mirela is so sweet and a great host! You are treated like a guest, not a customer. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Walkable to Old Town at a good price

We booked last minute and chose this place due to good reviews and availability of parking. The parking is street parking and we were lucky to find a spot when we drove up. We didn't see any other spots later that evening or the next morning, so parking may be difficult sometimes. The room was clean and they made very good use of the space. The room was clean and well kept up. The owner provided breakfast the next morning which was very good and enough for us. I would recommend this Apartment if you don't mind a longer walk to the sights. We took a ferry the next morning and upon our return to Split, we stayed in Diocletian's Palace. For the sights of Old Town, Diocletian's Palace was a better location, but more expensive and we had four flights up to our apartment-we had returned our car by then but there is only paid parking there. It depends on your needs, but I would stay here again.

Really a great stay & location

The pwner is wonderful and really take care of the stay in details. The room is great, she offered a really good breakfast and even washed our closes w/ no charges. Parking was ok as well - she reserves a spot just at the front doir for us to park. And outstanding location. Definitively would go back. Cheers.
