"A Beautiful Property with Excellent Service! We stayed at the Spencer Hotel for five days while my daughter attended a camp at Western University, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. One of the biggest advantages for us was the location. It was only about a 5–7 minute peaceful drive to Western University, which allowed us to completely avoid the downtown area and much of the construction. It made getting to and from camp incredibly easy and stress-free. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Vic at reception was especially friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the other staff members we encountered were also incredibly helpful and pleasant. I unfortunately didn’t get everyone’s names, but every interaction we had with the staff was positive. We also enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and dinner at Asher’s, the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. Overall, the combination of the beautiful property, peaceful location, comfortable rooms, wonderful restaurant, and exceptional service made this a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Spencer Hotel! :::"

"Easy check in/out! Room is clean and nice, easy parking. Pool wasn't open though which was disappointing. Stairs going to our 2nd floor room was shaky. Overall stay was good, The Indian restaurant food was good too..."

"Room was very clean. Bed very comfy,linens clean and cozy. Check in and out very easy. Pleasant staff. The view made the place worth every penny. Quiet from the bustle of Tobermory downtown but still close. Enjoyed the paddlers and boats in the harbour going back and forth."

"The rooms are small. The WiFi was also very spotty and the second floor inconvenient as there is no elevator. Still enjoyed my stay."
Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario

"We loved our room. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own TV in the room. Heated floors in the bathroom were also awesome. Gym and pool area were so clean. Check in smooth. Loved that it is connected to The Factory and we didn't have to go out especially when it rained. Will definitely be going back."
