Lovely personalised welcome and simple check-in. Offered water on arrival. Only stayed one night, but will start longer next time. Great location for British museum and tube

Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

Reception staff are awesome, the whole hotel feels like returning home. Love the pantry downstairs. This was a lovely touch. It was our honeymoon and the nice little bottle of wine and chocolates surprise in the room was fantastic and so special to us. We loved so much that we booked for the last night after a quick overnight tour.

Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay.

So close to the middle of London. Nice room, hotel decor elegant, dinner was good. Very close to The Burroughs for eating.
Convenient location, nice room, good food, handy to everything and parking

I liked the price point, it was tidy and in a quiet location but still close to all the main attractions of London.
The lift was constantly breaking which was a bit of an issue

This property was excellent! It was modern, clean, comfortable.
The location itself, was pumping! Train station next door - The tower bridge and the Thames a short walk. Lots of restaurants around to eat.
Highly recommend.
