"This hotel has attentive,courteous helpful staff. The location is wonderful, away from the crowded main street yet close enough to access both the cable car up the mountain and the train to Gornergrat vista points. They have a lovely garden that guests can relax in and a view of the Matterhorn from mdnh rooms. If you don't have a room with a view, just walk down the road towards the cable car and you will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was delicious, with many varieties of Swiss cheeses and meats, fresh fruit, fresh seasonal vegetable crudites and muesli, yogurt, chocolate mousse and more. Quiet, cosy and inviting."

"Great room, great staff, great breakfast. Our ONLY complaint was room temperature was too hot for sleep! No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn. What a wonderful place to relax after long travels and hikes. Beautiful property. Would love to stay again. And the breakfast was very good!!"
