"We have stayed at the Flagship several times in a double queen room-which are back away from the road. This time we were in a queen right be the man road and it was so loud. So much traffic sounds not to mention people walking by, arguing and talking-don’t stay in the rooms right in front of you want to sleep! The carpet was so stained and the shower was so old. The bathroom sink needed a filter on the faucet-water sprayed everywhere. "

"Management company owner same as property owner charged an additional 100 for a one hour late check out because of time change to daylight saving time. Otherwise the property was very good. Didn't use the pool since it wasn't heated, spa was only heated to 99 degrees. Heating system in the home was hot at times even when the temp was turned down. Otherwise I would rate this home as very good."

"The house was perfect for a large group with babies. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice. The house also came with a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request which was helpful with babies. In fact, I asked for the high chair late, and they were still able to make it happen. Big kitchen, plenty of parking, and great location very close to downtown Ashland and the college. "
