The Timbers Inn and Suites was perfect for our one night stay in Ashland. Our room had a small kitchenette, but was stocked with everything we needed. The room was small but for a one night stay it didn't matter. The staff was friendly. The room was clean (without counting a few cobwebs and a spider). Reasonably priced and close to downtown, it was a solid deal.

Property was small, quaint…very clean; gal in front office was very pleasant & helpful; outdoor pool was very nice & clean…would definitely stay there again…only complaint was other guests who were very loud talking & laughing outside rooms very late at night & early in morning.

overall good value for money. +Pet friendly with lower fees than other places (tho' why they charge less for small dogs vs large...?!). clean room, decent bed (a little soft). Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Item to fix: fridge smelt moldy and was not cold - needs a good clean/replace. overall recommend

This was such a cute retro hotel. Perfect for a one night stop. It had the best pizza place right next door and a grocery store within walking distance. We had our dog and they had a perfect little dog area too right outside of the animal friendly room.

The room was nice. The floors were a bit dirty but otherwise it was clean. I appreciated the micro/minifridge and coffee. I wish there were more hangers in the closet! The walls are quite thin and the hotel was FULL while I was there. Bring earplugs or a white noise machine because some of the other guests can be quite noisy. The pool looked great and the kids were really enjoying it.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Hard to read or sit up in bed because it kept rolling from the wall. Staff was absent a lot, due to something. I get there are things that come up, but please stock the rooms with extra coffee, etc if you are not going to be there. Other than the coffee it was a good stay. I would stay again and recommend. It was pretty quiet and we slept well both nights.
