"The pool was closed. The staff was unwelcoming. The fridge was broken. The shower had mold. The ice machine was broken. No vending on site. Gym discounted pass was not honored. AC worked well. Bed was soft. "

"This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed at—honestly made a Motel 6 feel like a luxury resort. The entire room looked like it had been “repaired” by someone with zero experience—drywall patches were everywhere, sloppy and impossible to ignore. The restroom door barely functioned, making even basic privacy a struggle. The pool was absolutely disgusting—murky, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned in a long time. The lobby felt unsafe and chaotic, with multiple drunk people hanging around, creating a very uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, the entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away, no matter where you were. It felt dirty, neglected, and completely unprofessional from top to bottom. Save your money and your peace of mind—do NOT stay here."
