"Nice home! We loved the covered deck, as we enjoyed watching the elk walk by & relaxing with the cool breeze blow. Very close to all our favorite restaurants, especially K-Bob's. "
"Front desk was great, the morning breakfast was also great. Laundry for guests also works great too. Although the room ac was extremely noisy and completely random. You sometimes hear the other guests in your bathrooms."

"We had a great stay at the cabin! It was very clean and in a convenient location, only about 5 minutes from Walmart, yet still tucked away from the main road, so it was nice and quiet in the woods. The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to bathroom and shower essentials.The only downside was that the bed sheets on one of the beds seemed used, as they had hair on them (not sure if from pets or people). Thankfully, there was a stack of clean sheets provided, so we were able to swap them out easily.Overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful stay, and we’d consider coming back!"

"We had a wonderful time. All our family had their own bungalow or cabin and after a full day it was nice to go and bath and rest a little on their own. The pool house was nice. The grandkids were in it nonstop. Hot tubs were great! Walks were very peaceful and quiet. Everything was very clean."

"The house was amazing - all the bedrooms & space needed for a group of 5 adults & 6 children.We enjoyed the close proximity to shopping in Ruidoso.We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool table & various games.The outdoor deck needs to be replaced- cracked railings & boards were a hazard for the younger children.
