"The guy who check us in was out of it... seemed sleepy or high. The room was ok, it smelled really bad like smoke, but i had booked a non smoking room. The parking was packed, hard time finding a decent parking spot."

Had a great time except sleeping as I took my daughter and I with 2 of my grandkids for mother's day.I booked & pd for the deluxe suite (had more sleeping options) on West side upon arrival to find out the hotel "didn't" have my reservation, I was put in a different suite w just 2 beds , still was charged for the nicer suite I didn't get. Needless to say I hardly got sleep due to being kicked throughout the night by a 6 yr old. My daughter had to share her bed with a 3 year old. Tried to soak in tub in room, was not enough hot water to fill tub. I did have a great time in the gaming section."

"had a very disappointing experience at this Days Inn. From the moment we walked in, the room had a strong, musty smell—like damp, wet clothes that had been sitting too long. It immediately gave the impression that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out. The bedding was especially concerning. The sheets looked old and worn, and despite being told they were freshly changed, there were visible hairs in between the sheets. There were also noticeable stains, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay. To make matters worse, there was even a cigarette burn in the bedsheet. Cleanliness throughout the room was clearly lacking. The bathtub had what looked like dirty footprints, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The pullout sofa was covered in dog hair, which made it unusable. Overall, the condition of the room made us so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay the night. This was far below what we expected, and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness and maintenance."
