The Haven - Kiamichi Mountain Riverside Cabin

The Haven - Kiamichi Mountain Riverside Cabin

10/10 Excellent
"The Haven was a quaint cabin, remote and right next to a beautiful river for fishing, swimming and kayaking. The hosts were amazing and very friendly and responsive. They helped us with the fishing plans and answered all of our questions. It slept 4 comfortably but with one bathroom I wouldn’t try to fit more people. Very clean and comfortable place to stay and relax."

"Our stay at the cabin was wonderful and so relaxing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with beautiful dishes. We especially loved the little touch of finding mints waiting on our bedside table. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending our mornings and evenings on the back porch listening to the many different species of birds. We use the Merlin Bird ID app, so it was fun identifying all the birds we heard. Our only issue was that the air conditioning stopped working on our first night. We contacted the owners at 7:00 a.m., and they responded right away. They immediately arranged for a heating and air contractor to come out and even offered to refund the remainder of our stay if we wanted to leave. We chose to stay, hoping it could be repaired, and they kept us updated throughout the day with the contractor’s arrival time, the repair progress, and the cause of the problem. By the time we returned from exploring the area, the cabin was cool and comfortable again. The owners’ excellent communication and quick response turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We give The Pine a well deserved five star rating!"

Hit the trail from the property! Game room, fire pit and 4 king suites

10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was absolute perfection, spotlessly clean, spacious, and wonderfully peaceful. We loved how it was tucked away in the woods, with the freedom to hop on the SxS and head straight out onto the trails. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax and hang out. Candice was very responsive throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated how family-friendly everything felt. We made so many great memories and shared lots of laughs. We’ll definitely be booking another stay in the future. I highly recommend this place!"

"Pet friendly cabin. Big space, plenty of kitchen supplies to use. Great amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Going down to the creek was nice, just wished it was a bit more accessible near the actual water to be able to go in to it. Other than that, I would definitely rent again!"
