The room was a bit small but cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I will be using the hotel for all my stays in Broken Bow.

The property was clean as it could be. It was about a 2.5 star hotel and it ok for one night. I don't regularly stay at this was the best I could fine in that area which was Broken Bow Oklahoma. Very small town with many cabins and very few hotel choices. I must say the very helpful and polite. She went out her way to make us feel comfortable. There is a need for more receptionist like her. She helped us with information on everything we needed.

The facility and room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very limited and they ran out of coffee. They were short on staff so we had to wait an additional hour or so to get in our room as well as the beverage machine was broken. I would have liked to have coffee machine in the room but they don't provide one. Overall it was a good stay.

Big hole in ceiling covered up with Sheetrock, open shower drain with extremely dirty shower curtain, worn out toilet, blotchy paint through out the whole building, microwave not working, no coffee machine, no coffee at breakfast bar, broke down soda and candy machine, grounds were over grown badly bushes lawn trees everything. The good, nice helpful staff, air conditioning was sufficient

Sheets had yellow and blood stains. Toilet had urine and hair stuck on toilet bowl. Bathtub had hair in it. Did not complain because it was the last room available and it was so late. Slept on my own blanket and cleaned the bathroom myself. However, Check in was easy. Clerk was kind, friendly, professional , and informative.

Budget hotel with a capital B. Though a budget hotel it had a better bed than Choice hotel in Idabel or Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville AR. The continental breakfast had good coffee. The room was spacious but smelled of mold & mildew. Fortunately, the AC worked well so we could lower it to a point that the smell was not as noticeable. One pillowcase had blood on it which the Maid did not catch. Hopefully a stain and not a dirty pillowcase.

Requested online to have a grab bar in the shower. When I got there I was assigned a room with a broken one. Last year I stayed there and it was broken in that room too. So the front desk clerk had to run upstairs (no elevator) and find a room with one that wasn't broken. So even though I have trouble walking up steps I needed to have one in the shower for safety. Will not stay there again. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property is just lacking.

When I checked in the front clerk was helpful, friendly informative. Went into the room smell hit you first. The bathroom shower had duct tape where the wash rag bar would have been. Duct tape is peeling off. We found a can of sardines and beef Ramen noodles left in the drawer. We had an alarm go off in the middle of the night, scared us to death. We went down for breakfast the next morning there was hardly any syrup left for waffles. When asked if there was any more, they didn’t have any. How can you serve breakfast if you don’t have what’s needed for the breakfast? Looking at the reviews now I see that these are items that have been posted about for over a year now, so I doubt that it gets any better.
