Room was great, loved the shower. Also, service was impeccable! We would leave and come back to the hotel room sometimes multiple times a day, and each time the bed would be remade anew! Great service

Location was great. We stayed there several years ago and loved it. However I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have the complimentary breakfast anymore.

Came in from Missouri and got stuck in traffic due to a fatality wreck. Tried to call to let them know we would be late, no answer. Arrived at 9:30pm and the same number was posted for after hours service. Called over and over again, no answer. We had to call further down the road and find vacancies in Broken Bow. If you think you will be late, DO NOT reserve a room here. Now to see if they try and charge me for stranding us in the middle of the night.

Great overnighter

Stayed 1 night with family for our weekend getaway. Was nervous because of the mixed reviews. Found nothing but a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, bathroom and bedding were clean and the floors were not carpet which was nice and they were clean throughout. It was hot outside and we walked in to a nice cool retreat from the heat. Plenty of parking space for my truck and boat. Didn’t try the pool. One negative is the lack of breakfast. We would pay more to have that option.

This place was an okay place to stay, it was very clean and tidy. If they get new beds there would be no complaints. The beds were like sleeping on a concrete floor. The place other than the beds was a pretty good place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the room it was nice and cool, a/c had been turned down so that we would comfortable. The room was extremely clean and even smelled good. I was very happy that there was no carpet, I'm kind of a snob about that. We would definitely stay here again and would, and have, recommend it.

The blinds were missing slats. There were no curtains to block out light from outside or keep people seeing in. We clipped towels over the windows. The temp control in the shower came off when it was adjusted. The TV didn't have any local channels and we were under a tornado watch. Smallest bathroom I have ever tried to shower in. But front desk personnel was very nice.

Is there many times and I will continue to stay there, but when I got there, there was no TV remote in my room not a big deal. But I don’t know who their coffee supplier is. Bud is the worst coffee you’ll ever experience.
