"The only good things about this property were the beach access and cold a/c. The room was old and dirty. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Small scratchy towels provided. Only 2 "bigger" ones given. Went to exchange towels on our 2nd day, and they didn't have any clean. Way overpriced for the accommodations provided. "

"We had a lovely stay here! The room was nice just needs a bit of maintenance (painting etc as was flaking off) Had beautiful sunrise views from our ocean view and was very peaceful. The only thing that would have made it 5/5 is if the beach access was available so we could come straight back from the beach I know they’re working on this though. I also didn’t go in the pool even though I wanted to as it really didn’t look clean (little bits of rubbish , plant matter floating around) I also didn’t see anyone come to clean it in the morning like the pool at the hotel next to us. But overall we did have a nice stay and enjoyed it."

"I have neuropathy and one of the elevators was broken and the hotel had 11 floors. I had to wait 45 mins for an elevator to bring my bags down. I want a partial refund."

"This hotel strikes me more as a long-term rental location for the impoverished. The walls are thin, the patrons are loud and the rooms look like an efficiency apartment from 1968. It’s the type of place where you walk up to the front counter and there is a prominently displayed mini fridge fully stocked with inexpensive beer sold by the can. The towels were no larger than a floor towel, stained, and felt like they were 15 years old. We asked for new towels and they required us to bring the used wet ones up before they would give us a new clean set. They arrived pre-stained. The only redeeming aspect of this location was a very pleasant and helpful staff, as long as they didn’t have to bend the rules. "

"We did have a beach view, but on the ground floor. The room was dated, but the bed was compfy and the shower good. A plus to the ground floor room was covered parking right by the door we used."

"Great stay at a hidden gem close to Daytona speedway. Even had cookies available at all times and a free breakfast. Suite was spacious and worked great for my daughter and I. Steve was helpful and Housekeeping was excellent. We will definitely be staying there moving forward when we come in annually for Rockville."
