This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay.

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews for the property would great so I gave it a chance. This was one of the best experiences. The staff and owner were very accommodating. The entire property is really put together well, very beautiful. I highly recommend, this is a 5 star experience all the way around.

This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious and well landscaped. We booked this room last minute (the afternoon of) and were welcomed by the owner with a phone call within minutes of making the reservation. I highly recommend coming here to unplug from the world and to enjoy a stylish and modern spin on 1883 living.

This is a truly exceptional facility. The staff was caring, friendly, helpful. They were all committed to helping us to enjoy our stay. The spaces were recently redecorated with extreme care. Both the public areas and guest rooms are inviting and comfortable. The breakfasts were superb- cooked with care- interesting quiches and irresistible baked goods. I understand that it’s a preferred wedding spot and I understand why- but even on a rainy weekend in February it was a special oasis.

One Surprising Night

My husband decided to purchase a car across the state, so I spontaneously booked this gem without much research. The pics looked cool on hotels.com and I love the restaurant, The Garlic, which is close by. I could not believe our good fortune finding Victoria 1883!!!!! It is in a word, SPECTACULAR!!!! Everything is decorated perfectly. This, the oldest house in New Smyrna Beach, has been gorgeously updated with a graceful nod to the home's history, naming each room according to the original owner's. The bedding was the most comfortable ever. The breakfast was delicious. The guests were delightful. The hostess was kind and gracious. I cannot suggest this bnb enough!!!
