Hannah was very helpful on check-in. We had something come up unexpectedly & could only stay the 1st night. She took care of it expertly. Room itself (King w/balcony & separate room w/sofa sleeper & its own balcony & TV) was spacious. Yes, the facility and room looks somewhat dated but it was clean, no "critters" and everything functioned as you would expect. Better than some of the reviews would indicate.
