While we did encounter a significant delay during dinner service due to staffing challenges, we were deeply impressed by the staff’s graciousness in offering a complimentary dessert to make amends. Even when faced with operational hurdles, the hotel team strives to maintain a guest-first philosophy. "Large condo complex right across the street with private beach access. Front desk has limited hours. Balcony looked at parking lot / pickle bar court. Pool was emptied for the season. Room and bed was nice, some aspects dated but very overall. "
