"My boyfriend booked this hotel for us as he had to drive to montreal to pick me up from the airport. I arrived at midnight and had the pleasure to enjoy the soaking tub. The room we had was like a small apartment. Really beautiful. The breakfast is quite literally a "light" meal. It tides you over until a mid day snack. You cant bring anything back upstairs to your room. "

"I liked that there was a pool and lake, however the pool doesn’t open til June 22nd. I wish that was written somewhere because I showed up with bathing suits unable to use them. "

"Nice pool, but kind of small. We enjoyed the sauna. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. Heating system was bizarre -- once the room got to a nice warm temperature - the a/c/fan kicked on and blew cold air in the room. The one TINY soap in the bathroom being the only amenity also seemed kind of cheap. The bistro was lovely. Good drinks and good food. Breakfast buffet could use more variety. We would definitely stay at an Imperia Hotel again. "

"Overall had a good experience. The property was clean, and although there was some light construction at the main entrance and parking lot, it didn’t interfere with our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, though there was an odd musty/talcum powder smell when we first walked in. Thankfully, it faded quickly. "My family and I have stayed at many hotels. I’m a bit of a hotel snob when it comes to cleanliness. I was very happy with the state of our room. The bathroom was also pretty clean. My husband and two kids were thrilled with our stay. Loved the luxurious king size beds, the seating options, the space to move around. Very happy. Best hotel we’ve stayed at. Thank you! "
