"Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. While showering you could not keep from getting water outside of shower curtain which essentially barely met the floor. Additionally, the outlet near the window appeared to be dead as the light did not turn on and our devices did not charge. The bed was uncomfortable also. Lumpy 85% of the restaurants were closed/unavailable. For the price, the room wasn’t worth what we paid and hope that the GSR would compensate me on our next scheduled stay scheduled on April 20, 2026 or thereafter. The experience was undesirable. "Several plugs & switches in our room did not work. I requested a 1st floor room, was told that the hotel had an elevator. Got to the hotel, they do not have an elevator and I was put in a 2nd floor room."

"The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell like smoke. The smoke detector was missing in one room and there were burn marks everywhere.Had to purchase products to clean the bathroom. There were smears on the wall. The other room the ac was not in order and they were aware is did not work before renting the room. Upper management refused to even acknowledge the problem. Will never return."

"Very basic property, clean attentive attentive staff. Beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced. Not enough power outlets for charging. "
