"Place is convenient since it’s attached with 2 other hotel, rooms definitely need an upgrade and def need to make sure the deposit money get reimbursed because there has been technical difficulties with that overall is great specially for family that have children."

"The Holiday Inn located in Reno is near the international airport. You'd think that it would be noisy because of all the planes flying out, but it isn't. The parking lot was pretty spacious, though there were a couple tweakers hanging outside. You also have to pay $5 daily. Ray who was running the front desk when we got there was very helpful. Due to my minor mobility issues, gave me a room on the first floor with a walk-in shower. The walking shower conveniently has an ADA compliant bar near the door for those who need help getting in and out. The beds were a little hard on my back. The TV itself took some learning to use, but you have plenty of channels to choose from. The reviews for the complimentary breakfast we're a little exaggerated. It was not the best hotel buffet in the area. You could have gone to Comfort Inn and experience the same type of spread. Though I'm thankful for the breakfast buffet, the selection wasn't great. The reviews for the complimentary buffet breakfast was the selling point for me staying here. There are guest bathrooms on the first floor. The men's bathroom has one toilet that is handicap accessible. That was convenient for me however the toilet seat was very wobbly and I was at risk of pinching my ball bag. There was also no soap in the dispensary. I let the front desk know about that Saturday and noticed Sunday nothing had changed. I do like that the toilet was a little higher up than the one in my hotel room. The staff were very helpful."

"Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I checked in there was water on my floor. The pony wall between the bathroom and the room was filthy on top. The bathroom counter had black stuff all over it. The furniture was covered with random paint everywhere. The tops of the cabinet under the TV was burned. And peeling all over the place. The night stands too. When I complain to the front desk about how dirty the room was, they said they would have somebody come and clean it and instead of actually cleaning the pony wall they just stuck a box of Kleenex over the top. My shower curtain was ripped. Which wouldn’t stay in place when I took a shower, causing water to get all over the floor. I complained about the shower curtain three days in a row, and they kept telling me they would fix it and never did. I actually left a day early. I just couldn’t take it anymore and their lack of caring about how a customer is treated. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. The pools are closed. The Jacuzzi is closed. The coffee in the morning is terrible with little options for sweetening it."
