"We ended up here on a whim; our flight was canceled so we need a place for the night. To our surprise this was a fantastic choice!! Very clean, friendly staff, so many things to do and places to eat. Would absolutely stay here in the future and would recommend. "

"Bring your own shampoo. Rooms are small but everything else was good. The beds are a bit to firm for my liking but overall a good stay. You can see Circus circus and Silverado from the rooms picks are from mine."

"It was a pretty decent hotel. Yes, I would probably stay there again if I ever went to Reno again. The room was clean and functional. The food available at the food court was OK. One complaint, on the second day, (we stayed 3 nights) our TV quit working. I initially thought it was dead batteries in the remote, but a young lady brought up 2 new remotes to try, and neither worked. So she said she would send up someone to fix or replace the TV. Well, nobody came up, nobody called, it was completely ignored from that point. Well, as it turns out, I fixed it myself, but they never knew that and completely ignored the situation. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"Great location ... Good communication... My concerns were safety related the front stairs definitely needed handrails and the banister upstairs is very loose and unsafe. Water pressure needs to be fixed in the shower. Other than that everything was pretty good, nice and cool. It has room air conditioners in each room with remotes which was a major plus in my opinion."

"Took over an hour to check in 3 people ahead. Tried calling the property to extend reservation, told they were having phone problems but nobody followed up. Told deposit would be available immediately at check out then at check out, told 3-5 business days. The gal checking out was way more helpful than checkin in"
