"Clean hotel, convenient location. The walls are thin so you can hear everything, like your neighbors shower. The tv didn’t work. The conditioner and body wash were empty and no wash cloths were provided. The shampoo is awful and the hair dryer literally lit my hair on fire. The food at the bistro is terrible (as in my scrambled eggs were cold two days in a row- they’re not freshly cooked), but the Starbucks coffee is good. The woman working the bistro is the hardest working employee, but the front desk employees seem tired and indifferent to guests. Parking is hard. Amenities for a basic businesss trip are lacking."

"The room was not ready for us at 4:15pm and check in was 3:00pm. The shower floor looked dirty. Everything else looked clean. We had to ask for the chair that is normally already in the room, I had to ask 3 times and it finally arrived at our room. The sink stopper was not working. The bathroom door was not working properly. The toilet seat was looking very worn. I was disappointed because normally this place is great. Oh and the beds are feeling and looking less comfortable than they used to. Staff was nice enough. The breakfast was good. "

"This is an ideal location. Shopping Mall eating and freeway access are all with in a 1 mile radius. You can drive to Convention center airport or casino's in less than 10 minutes. This is an upstairs apartment. The walls are well insulated very little noise when trying to sleep day or night. Any issues or concerns were delt with al.ost immediately by property manager "

"Check-in:The morning of check-in, while I was traveling cross-country (great timing), I started getting a series of requests from the property management company. They asked for a selfie, a picture of my ID, my credit card, a signed blank piece of paper, and finally… a selfie of me holding my ID. At that point, I wasn’t sure if I was checking into a vacation rental or applying for a top-secret government position.I’ve stayed in VRBOs for years and have never experienced anything quite like this. The process felt excessive and poorly timed.Upon arrival:The house itself was good overall—just very hot at first. After a bit of a scavenger hunt, we eventually found the remotes that control the A/C units (one in the master, one in the hallway outside the two queen bedrooms, and one in the game/bunk room). Once we got those going, things improved quickly.Biggest issue:Aside from the unusual check-in process, the main concern was the back door in the kitchen. The lock is essentially ineffective—if you pull on the door from the outside, it opens even when “locked.” We ended up improvising with some rope to secure it (not exactly a five-star solution).Because of this, I would not have felt comfortable having younger kids sleep in the bunk room without adults nearby.Master Bath:Be prepared—the shower has a bit of an “open concept” design when it comes to water. Plan on using extra towels to dry the floors after each use, and tread carefully, as it gets quite slippery. "
