"Our email confirmation guided us to the property. We showed up to the door and I opened up my app inbox to get entry instructions. That was when I saw my inbox message that it had been double booked. To their partial credit, the message was sent 6 days prior. However, I hadn’t been prompted to check my inbox. The property manager was apologetic in the message and asked me to cancel the booking. Obviously I didn’t cancel the booking (didn’t see the message) and no effort was made to follow up...

"Good area with everything as advertised! Checking in was streamlined and easy with no hassle or waiting. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. Always responsive to questions and needs. Everything is infant friendly. The house has everything one needs without being cluttered. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay!"
