"The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area is not very safe or clean. The common areas in the hotel are very well kept except for the pool area. It is in need of a major refresh. Our room is also in need of a refresh, especially the bathroom. The shower knobs did not work well, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent on the regular shower head. Streaming services did not work on the TV. Maintenance came to fix it, but we continued to have the same problem. We had excellent service at the...

"I walked in my room - up a steep and creaky flight of stairs - with some trepidation, but I was immediately in love.
