"Food at chop house was average Hotel is next to a tail road yard so all weekend trains were coming and going with a thud which woke me up even though I was on 27 th floor So if you want a good night sweet this is not the right hotel for you"

"Little run down on renovations. Shower starting to fail. Says non smoking but smelled smoke in hallways. Seems a little run down and like a remodel of an old Motel 6"

"Had to switch rooms 3 times. Heavy smell of weed pouring in so bad that made me nauseous. Second room no curtains. Go figure. 3rd room was dirty. 4th room was a little better to tired at this point with no help in changing rooms or offer for a comp nothing. I got “ oh wow that does smell bad….what really no curtains….we can have someone come up in the morning and clean” No never again. We live in Nevada and frequently go to Reno but no thanks. I’ll go back to peppermill. "

"This hotel was excellent as the room was very nice and clean. Customer service is superb and I highly recommend staying at Atlantis when coming to Reno. No complaints on my end!"

"The room was clean and had ample room. Staff were reasonably friendly but didn't make you feel welcome, more like just tolerated. The elevator near my room was out of order, which required walking from one end of the building to the other to go down, then back to get to the car. Road in front of building under construction, so it was a little hard to find and access. Otherwise the location is central. "

"The place was very nice ! The Italian restaurant was fabulous so delicious . Every thing was good with exception of a few guess unfortunately in my he north wing you could hear guess from one room to another so sadly a couple of nights where interrupted with load neighbors! And then some courteous enough to bring a dog that was barking non stop from 1:30 - 2:30 in the morning ! But it's would definitely stay again in the main part of the hotel"

"Beds & pillows are super soft. If you need a harder pillow you should bring your own. Pillow cases weren’t the cleanest. We would definitely stay here again but would bring our own pillows. Our room was near a street w/ construction so we heard cars going over a metal plate all night. That’s not the properties fault."
