"Excellent location for family vacation at Universal, just a 5min drive. We got pizza at the nearby pizza restaurant and enjoyed it in the backyard oasis. Loved the “secret” room downstairs, teens were able to go hang and enjoy their time downstairs. "

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...

"We enjoyed our stay very, very much! We miss it already: hummingbirds, parrots squawking above, Gigantica bird of paradise, views of foliage and San Gabriel mountains, spa, perfect pool and patio set up. The kids spent hours and hours swimming in the pool fit for mermaids. The stars come out at night, the patio aglow with tiki torches. Magical! The hosts and their dogs are a real joy to visit with.
