"The lobby is beautiful. The bar staff was friendly and offered the usual selection. The furniture in the room has definitely has seen better days. Coffee in the room is substandard and the minibar is empty. Parking is easy as I used the valet but parking in the structure can be challenging. "

"i was disappointed on many levels during my stay. the staff that i came across was very helpful and polite except the young african american at the front desk. after giving a deposit i was not able to view the room i would be getting in a few days. once i arrived the day of my stay i incurred additional charges that was not revealed upon purchase, also the room that i was issued was not what was advertised, it was not clean, the stove and the floors was dirty . i would be a contribution to humanity if moving forward your upfront with your guest."

"Great location if visiting any of the Sports venues or the Peacock Theatre. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks too, used the bikes and scooters to get around (highly recommend) absolutely blast. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are specious and modern. Will stay here again.."
