"Breakfast was excellent, but no berries of any type available. Staff were exceptional and concierge in particular, with terrific recommendations of restaurants, etc. STK steakhouse was one excellent example. No Bureau in our room to put clothes away and had to request suitcase stands. Bed was very low. They said they would put on a mattress topper but never did. The main lobby area constantly smelled of strong cologne or something 🤔. The hallways and elevators were quite dark 😳 Location of property was excellent!"

"Great location and nice hotel. Rooms are small but very well designed. There was a weird gurgling noise from the sink after water had drained during my two night stay. At checkout, the staff member said she couldn't print a copy of the invoice, because I had booked through a third party. When I pointed out that the invoice was held on a CitizenM website she admitted that it was company policy, and still refused. Not owning a printer this causes issues as I need a paper invoice for expense claims. Poor customer service."

"Staff were very helpful and also received a free upgrade and a bottle of wine for opting out of maid service. Fantastic view from the room. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna was also a massive bonus for a hotel in central London in this proce range."

"Loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were informed regarding no air conditioner prior to arrival, but we figured since it was Oct it would not be a concern. It was hot in the apartment, but the staff was able to give us an extra fan."
