I checked in and was given the wrong room type. I had to go back to front desk and she had to change my room to the correct onem the lady told me that expedia always sends them the wrong room type so make sure you confirm with this hotel prior to checking in.
Newer bedding not hard as a rock but actually nice. Older property but in great shape. Good overall breakfast although ends at 9:30. Pool not open very late. I had the freeway side so heard a lot of noise. I recommend asking for the other side of the property. But good for the overall cost and would stay there again.
Pockets of nature thrive in South Fort Lauderdale. The Anne Kolb Nature Center in West Lake Park is a haven for fish, reptiles, and birds. Across the Intracoastal Waterway, sea turtles nest at John U. Lloyd State Beach Park, favored by locals for picnics and recreation. The Seminole tribe operates a zoo at the Native Village. There, visitors can see alligators and the endangered Florida panther.
