From arrival to departure, the Staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The resort is top shelf: clean, open, fun and easy on the eyes. Our room (945) was spotless, with a great view of the beautiful pool and grounds. This was our 30th anniversary, and we could not have chosen a better spot to celebrate this special occasion. So many gaming, food and entertainment choices, we could have extended our 3 days! Yes, we will be back and are bringing friends next visit. A big Thank You to everyone!!

Staff was really friendly everything was excellent the only thing I was a little upset about was the pool water was a little dirty compare to other hotels I have stayed in I wasn't really clear like we are use to seen but everything else really nice 😀
Nice hotel, halfway through renovation... Lobby redone... hallways redone... and hotel rooms have been painted and recarpeted. New drapes too. Furniture we were told would soon be replaced. Pillows are not supportive. We told the overnight clerk upon check out about our disappointment with the pillows and that we had asked for better ones but were told there were none. We were not there to watch tv, but when we did turn it on to try to catch the weather, the hotel's tv reception was poor... only a few local channels came in clearly, most others had a horrible picture with interference and other channels would pixilate (lose the signal) every 10 seconds (apparently this tv signal problem is throughout the property because we noticed the same exact problem in the lobby/dining area). Breakfast service is nice. Room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. Nice clean, safe quiet rooms in a non-smoking environment. Fix the tv signals and put in better pillows please.
Location was ok, close to stores, and not far from Hollywood beach. the hotel was dated, however everything was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff very friend... Looking for a quick getaway, on a budget. I would definitely come reccomend
I checked in and was given the wrong room type. I had to go back to front desk and she had to change my room to the correct onem the lady told me that expedia always sends them the wrong room type so make sure you confirm with this hotel prior to checking in.
Pockets of nature thrive in South Fort Lauderdale. The Anne Kolb Nature Center in West Lake Park is a haven for fish, reptiles, and birds. Across the Intracoastal Waterway, sea turtles nest at John U. Lloyd State Beach Park, favored by locals for picnics and recreation. The Seminole tribe operates a zoo at the Native Village. There, visitors can see alligators and the endangered Florida panther.
