"Room was clean and very roomy, worked well for us being in the middle of a two week trip with a lot of luggage. We used the laundry facilities (one washer and one dryer), luckily others were not trying to use them at the same time. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly, helped my with laundry (coins, soap, etc.). There was also helpful maintenance staff who brought extra requested items to our room. We ate at the restaurant and grabbed a drink for dinner, food was good, service was odd. Server/bartender Steven couldn't look less interested in being there. Overall a good experience, I was nervous about using their free airport transfer based on reviews I read, but they are so close to the airport that our Uber was $13."

"The Hyatt Place gets a really good rating because of its location, which is close to the airport and nearby shopping and dining. The 2 queen room was clean, large and well laid out. The front desk was very accommodating with our luggage after a post cruise vacay. Breakfast was the norm and the shuttles to and from the airport are fast and efficient."
