"Buffet hot and cold breakfast catering for all dietary requirements which was included in our stay. We paid to dine in the Caverley although you could also eat in the lounge and golf club . Menus in all 3 were similar,food was good but nothing exceptional. Beautiful hotel and surroundings .I never used the spa so can't make a comment. I definitely would return "

"Exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean enough, perfect for a night or two on a budget. Only complaint would be I’d have liked a kettle in the room but no big deal."

"Decent room with interesting decor, good bathroom and well maintained. Didn't try the restaurant as the menu looked a little dated for the price, but the facilities were fine otherwise. My only grumble is that to get a late checkout it's £20 per hour."

"Breakfast was average. Rooms clean and ample size. Tv not working and wasn’t told on arrival. Seemed to be a variety of problems with no room service and restaurant aswell. Undergoing renovation which you don’t notice in your rooms. Staff worked hard to ensure beds were correct for us. Parking with Q-Park and discount code perfect. Great location. "

"King room was big, clean with a really comfy bed. The shower was big with no issues. Only problem we had was the TV didn't work. They rang me back after I whatsappd them and offered to switch rooms, but I declined because it was late "

"The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bedroom was a good size, but cant say the same about the bathroom. It was so small, we could barely sit on the toilet without being stabbed by the toilet paper holder/the actual toilet paper if it was full. Staff were not friendly at all, welcoming or helpful. We had different people at check in and check out and neither looked at does during the interaction and they rushed the whole process. There was never a good morning or a simple smile....nothing."

"My friend and I had a lovely time. All staff were fantastic, the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfy. The food was very nice, however the breakfast under the hot lights didnt stay fresh or tasty. I would suggest an extra choice of butter, too. The existing one was uneatable, another common British sold butter would have been nice. But overall, I rate this hotel highly."
