We arrived VERY early, the woman at the front let us check in anyway and had informed us the ac didn’t work, but she waved the early check in fee. The room was nice and clean and the bed was SUPER comfortable, window open and we forgot all about the ac! You get a discount at the dennys next door as well, the parking is super accessible, staff is all very kind, definitely looking to stay here again!

The air-conditioning had stopped working, the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. There's no fridge or microwave and the bathroom fan sounded broken and loud. I'll never go back to this motel

Frustrating that there may not be a system to allow a hotel to inform Expedia that the hotel had no AC operating, all rooms. Still I checked out two available rooms, non smoking, but it had a srong smell of smoking being smotherrd by the stench of strong cleaner. No AC and that smell. The staff were exceptionally nice though. Not their fault. Seemed like a corporate failing.

Bed is literally a block of wood, and homeless surround the property. Honestly terrible, AC is out so it is a sweaty night. Would really love my money back!
