We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and pillow. The room was very confessor comfortable. The room amenities were accommodating! The hotel was a short ride into the city!

Compared to other Hyatt Regency’s Austin is a bit old and tired. Still better than most hotels but old and tired none the less. Service was a let down. We got our own bags from the car and up to our room. We got in late so elected not to bother with room cleaning service next morning but didn’t see anyone the following day either so in the end we had a three night stay without any service in our room. No linen change, no bin emptying, nothing. When our car was blocked in by a bus the staff told...
