"Everyone was so helpful and accommodating even though it was a last minute booking since our other Hotel refuse us check in because the ferry was 10 minutes late. "
"Salvatore and the staff were awesome, the property was beautiful and the water was awesome. Some good spots to eat around the property and they will even schedule a boat to come pick you up from the dock and take you to a little beach club with a pretty good restaurant"

"Beautiful historical hotel with stunning views atop the cliffs of Sorrento. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our suite had an ample twin bed for our daughter in the salon separate from our bedroom. Lush garden area and nice pool area. Staff was excellent. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel. Wonderful food and setting. This was our 3rd time in Sorrento and 1st time at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We recently spent three unforgettable days at the Grand Hotel Sant’Orsola and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is set in the calmest and most serene location, with breathtaking views that will stay with us forever. Our room came with a beautiful terrace overlooking the endless blue sea, with Capri Island and the dramatic cliffs visible in the distance — a view that felt like pure magic.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel welcome. Even though the hotel was hosting wedding events during our stay, the hospitality never faltered. Every detail was handled with care, from the amazing dinner menus to the wonderful wine selections.
It was a perfect blend of relaxation, elegance, and warmth. Our stay at the Grand Hotel Sant’Orsola was truly memorable, and we cannot wait to return."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an absolute DREAM! Unbelievable views, delicious breakfast buffet, and the friendliest, most helpful staff that felt like our friends by the end of our stay. Walking distance to beach and One Fire Beach Club, amazing restaurants everywhere, and a quick 10 minute water taxi ride (or 15-20 minute bus ride) to beautiful Positano. More affordable than staying most places in Positano and definitely less crowded, but so easy to get there when we wanted to, which we loved! We’ve been back for a couple weeks and we’re already talking about how we miss it and want to go back!!! Cannot recommend this place enough! "
