"We had a lovely holiday. A beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. My daughter has celiac and there were plenty of gluten free options for her. The staff were all very accommodating and the service was very good. It would have been more comfortable in the room if there was a ceiling fan and a fridge to keep drinks cool, but overall the room was good and the bathroom was very nice and modern."

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "

The hotel is set in the calmest and most serene location, with breathtaking views that will stay with us forever. Our room came with a beautiful terrace overlooking the endless blue sea, with Capri Island and the dramatic cliffs visible in the distance — a view that felt like pure magic. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel welcome. Even though the hotel was hosting wedding events during our stay, the hospitality never faltered. Every detail was handled with care, from the amazing dinner menus to the wonderful wine selections. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, elegance, and warmth. Our stay at the Grand Hotel Sant’Orsola was truly memorable, and we cannot wait to return."
