"Stayed one night during a holiday weekend. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had expected this property to look and feel run down than it actually, but it's a beautifully maintained property with nice clean rooms. We were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely consider staying here again. We liked the little pool area and that out room had a balcony. Great value for the price."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely charming. Functions as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath so perfect for families with kids of all ages. Fun layout where rooms are accessible via other rooms yet privacy is just one closed door away. Hot tub was a real treat, used it daily. Washer and dryer in the garage, just like home, kitchen has everything you need to cook and reasonable meal, very clean and with gorgeous new appliances.5 min drive to Aptos ( Manuel’s) 10 min to downtown Capitola, 20 min to Santa Cruz. Unbeatable. Quiet neighborhood. Just lovely. I’d rent again in a heartbeat. Bailey Management was prompt, professional with a seamless check in/ check out experience. P.S. I loved reading the story of the house written by the owner located in the blue binder!! Just a warm and wonderful place to be."
