"We stayed at Horizon Hideaway for one week at the beginning of July. The suite is very private, comfortable and well equipped (full kitchen, with good pots/pans/utensils, spices/oil) and with loads of little thoughtful touches (like snacks, enough coffee and tea to last us the week, blankets for cool nights on the two patios). There is a gorgeous view of the inlet and East Sooke from the patio, and we enjoyed our morning coffees and afternoon happy hours there! The hosts have really put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable for their guests. "

"This was a wonderful property! The kitchen was well-stocked and the host was incredible. We loved the 7 nights we spent here and are hoping to convince our family to come with us next time and rent the other buildings on the property. We spent a lot of time at the dock watching for otters and seals. During low tide, we could see so many crabs and starfish. The location can't be beat!"

"What a wonderful and amazing place! My bride and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and our first trip to Vancouver Island. The hosts were fantastic and gave us lots of fun suggestions and ideas to explore near by. We got to explore some of the island from Victoria to Sombrio beach and were just enchanted by the beauty of the island, which was enhanced by getting to return to this magical treehouse at the end of each island excursion. It really was an amazing experience. We would totally come and stay here again. "
