"The staff was awesome and top-notch! It was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. We heard when the restaurants across the street were recycling the glass in the bins all night long. Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying. Also, the air conditioner never got cold so our room was warm. "

"Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma.
Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food. "

"Super nice hostel. I didn’t get the whole community vibe that I’d usually get from a hostel but I guess that’s on others and not the hotel. I enjoyed it tbh. Receptionist really helped me out. I’m not sure if it was just when I was there and there wasn’t any, but it would be cool to have stuff for new people to connect as that’s what I missed. "
