Viele kleine gemütliche Ecken, tolle Raumaufteilung und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Santanyi ist fussläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Tolle Lage, sauber, gepflegt und alles unkompliziert! Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder"

"Pros: Ein großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz für 6 Personen. Selten eine so gut eingerichtete Küche gesehen. Andres ist ein überaus aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der innerhalb von Minuten auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagiert. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Torre. Cons: Nichts. Außer dem Wetter, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber Andres nichts ;-)"

"On arrival we were shown around my the manager of the property, who though nice enough forgot to show us the outside locked utility room. My husband is fluent in Spanish which helped. The pool is set aside from, and not visible from the villa, along a stony dusty path. My pillowcase was dirty. When moving the two single beds, a dirty dusty sock was discovered. When we moved the sofa bed there was dust and a dirty hair and under there. We had one bath/shower mat for two bathrooms, 1 towel in...

"Pros: Die Lage und damit verbunden die Ruhe, sowie der unmittelbare Meerblick sind fantastisch. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Die Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich sehr gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit Marga der Verwalterin vorbildlich. Danke dafür! Cons: Die Regeln wie und wann das Haus zu verlassen ist, waren sehr rigide. Check out um 10h und die Gartenarbeiter fangen um 09h an mit Rasenmähen etc. Ein CD player oder Bluetooth Lautsprecher wären angenehm gewesen."

"Pros: geräumiges ordentliches Haus, schöner Pool, unbeheizt, schöne Gartenanlage, Betten OK Cons: Möblierung recht einfach. Ziemliche Gläsersammlung recht vielfältig 😅. Keinerlei ‘Küchenbasics’ wie Gewürze, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Öl - nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Elektrisches Einfahrtstor defekt, zu wenige Handtücher, mussten die Waschmaschine mehrfach bemühen. Ein Lattenrost beschädigt."

"My family and I spent a few days in Santanyí and we are so thankful we found Ca Ses Mestres. It is right by the beach, the steps down being right next to the house- they even have a gate in the back with private access to the steps. The house itself was lovely, as were the hosts. They were clear about house rules (which were very standard), showed us everything we needed and even checked in throughout to make sure we didn’t need anything. Cannot recommend booking here enough! "

"The staff are professional and very willing to assist you with any questions or issues. The room was nice but does show signs of wear and tear but still wonderful. The view from the many property terraces is amazing from sunrise to sunset. Quality food and preparation was excellent."

"A well situated apartment with stunning views. Very clean and had a lot of amenities within it, which is great when you are using an apartment over an hotel. We were self catered but did opt for dinner one night which was €35 euros each for food only. The food wasn’t the best and was probably the most expensive meal we ate the whole trip which was disappointing. I would recommend eating at the restaurants in the surrounding areas instead or venturing to Santanyi town on an evening. We didn’t try breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were mainly friendly and taxis were booked for us in advance by the staff without any issues, which was very helpful. The balcony was lovely, a complete suntrap which was lovely on the evening. The only real issue (which is not the apartments fault) is the salty water in the shower and for cleaning teeth. My hair was a nest by the end of the trip, very brittle and my body was very dry with the salt water, even with lots of lotion! You will need to buy big bottles of water to keep hydrated and to clean your teeth, and the nearest shop is up a lot of stairs on the other side of the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay here again though!"
