"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. "The beach near the property was amazing. Great location. Downsides are lack of parking but you can park on the street nearby so it’s not much of issue. You can rent a parking spot but they go fast. The resteraunt just 200’ feet away served us our best meal in Mallorca. Would highly recommend this location. It’s a great value. "

"Our family had such an amazing time at Torre al Mar, the house was just perfect for our family to reunite in Cala Santanyi. Xavi the property manager who met us on arrival was so welcoming and he even booked us a great table at the restaurant for our last night.The location was absolutely perfect with only a short walk to the most stunning beach and a good range of restaurants. There’s also a great bakery and Spar shop close. We really loved Cala Santanyi! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and the pool and outdoor areas were fantastic. The only thing to note is the 4th bedroom and bathroom is completely detached (seperate access under house) but as we are all adult it worked fine for us."

My only gripe was that the outdoor pool closed very early at 7pm which was frustrating for our children. But a fantastic place to stay and very close to the beach! As pictured. "
"We had the most incredible stay at S’Hotelet. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. There was a mistake with our booking but Cecelia was very accommodating and helpful. It was not always the case that we felt welcome throughout Mallorca, but S’Hotelet made us feel more than welcome - like family. I traveled with my daughter from the US, and she was welcomed and made to so special during our stay. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect. We could not have chosen a better location or hotel for our stay in Santanyi. I have already recommended S’Hotelet to friends and family. It is even better than the pictures. "Marvelous location, traditional quaint and quirky part restored mill. Attention to detail and maintenance of the property left a lot to be desired. No Wi-Fi, electrical issues, AC minimal and insufficient. Not luxury, but below what you would expect for the price paid. Hard to recommend"

"I would highly recommend this villa! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cala Santanyi beach. Susanne the property manager was very responsive with her comms pre/mid/post stay for everything we needed for checkin and queries during our stay. It is a really well equipped property, with great kitchen supplies and fab to have the outside BBQ too. We will be back"
"Great location to visit some of the prettiest Cala on the island! Even the cala next to it is very pretty and you have so many choice that are not even 25 minutes away from it (Cala d’or, Calo des Moro, Llombards, Salmonia, etc)
Bed was comfortable, cute little restaurant in front of the hotel and in the area but there’s isn’t any nightlife around if that’s something you’re looking for."
