"Good and quick email response with the hotel- prior to our visit, with few queries. Check-in was so easy and particularly, Rebecca a very cheerful young lady behind the desk made a big difference. Room adequate, clean, balcony with good view of the beach and beach is 2minutes walk from the hotel. Transport is just outside the hotel to Palma city centre. "Overall it was a quite disappointing experience. Very dirty shower and not clean room at all. Some things like AC did not work properly and there was no parking as they claimed.
