"Swimming pool and hot tub out of order, no food for breakfast, room was nice. "

"Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. "

"I would recommend this hotel over all others in the area. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were some of the best I have slept in. The hotel manager/who is also the owner stayed up late to make sure we were able to check in…. We were running a little late. The only issue we had was one of the bridges in town was under construction so we had a hard time finding the way to the hotel at 11:00 at night. Luckily the manager was able to give us directions. "

"Bed and pillows were very comfortable Room has a large tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom is smaller, however the shower head was amazing with different settings. There is also a very comfortable automated recliner with a phone charger. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. I stay here when I am in town."

"Saturday morning at 8:40am we went to grab breakfast. It was GONE. Literally, no eggs, no potatoes, no breakfast meat, no waffle mix, no coffee cups. Options left were 4 yogurts in the fridge, corn flakes or raisin bran. Although breakfast runs and is "offered" until 9am, we took some accountability and thought we'd just try to wake up earlier the next morning. Sunday morning we set alarms to wake up early enough to get breakfast. Got down to breakfast at 8am, to find the food again, was gone. That's an entire hour before breakfast should be done being served. Most hotels you'll see an attendant to ask for something if you cant find it, or wiping tables down. There was NO ONE, it was fend for yourself. Saturday night the 4 of us got our suits on and went down to the spa. GAG! The water and entire room smelled of mildew. The water was murky. The bottom of the tub felt like a layer of slime. Afterwards I took a shower, went to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer didnt work! My husband called the front desk and asked if they had an extra they could let us use. The employee told him she couldnt find one that worked. OK, so now what?? I needed to blow dry my hair, as we had church the next morning. So i went to the front desk, nobody was there. I rang the bell on the counter, waited a minute. Still nobody, so I rang the bell again. STILL, nobody! So i stepped outside the front doors and there the employee was outside with somebody smoking. Overall, very frustrating stay!"

"Everything was over the top, my daughter and I had a great time there in Hot Springs, our stay was everything we had hoped for. "

"2 couples stayed here. King beds both up and down stairs. No hand rails on any steps. They were difficult for this 75 yr old. The ping pong table net needed help, it flops over. Very close to the pools."

"I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "
