The property is conveniently located right off the highway, with a relatively short drive (45 minutes) to Mount Rushmore, which was the appeal. Great staff, clean room, and breakfast included. An enjoyable stay.

The staff was excellent - despite being booked completely full between firefighters and Sturgis motorcyclists, not to mention a computer system on the fritz, the front desk staff were extremely professional and efficient. Breakfast was really yummy, and we absolutely loved the place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed there over a long holiday weekend and the place was very busy. Staffing appeared to be short but the one person we saw working did a great job. The place was clean. The breakfast was good. The location is good. We would stay there again.

Very, very clean, the manager was awesome, lots of parking space and an awesome outside area to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful scenery! The only downfall is the pool is permanently closed. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area again!

This is a great room for the price. They have recently renovated their rooms and you could really tell a difference. The beds were super comfortable, the paint was nice and clean and the rooms were really fresh looking. There's always lots of parking available and the staff was really really great at check in. Plus, it's very quiet in the rooms. A few things that I didn't love about it, the pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were very minimal and the TV didn't always work.

The staff were very helpful during check-in (Cami) and whenever we needed anything (2 different young men; I didn't get their names). The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The breakfast area was also spacious with lots of seating. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains worked great at blocking outdoor light when we wanted to sleep. Our floor included a washer and dryer which we greatly appreciated after a day of swimming at the Angostura reservoir. The town of Hot Springs had lots of different eating options, a grocery store, and an Ace hardware. We enjoyed our visit very much.

The front desk check in was smooth and fast. The lady helped me with food options and was very informative. Room was spacious and clean. We had to leave early for activities so did not eat the free breakfast or use the hot tub. Great affordable stay if in the area.

When we visit Hot Springs, this is the place we choose to stay since the location is convenient, the staff is very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, traditional breakfast is provided. Price is reasonable Overall, very good service, only this time the pool was out of service and we do like to swim but oh well, maybe next time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The door handles were on so that you had to lift up instead of down as usual- so you need to use your muscles to open the door. The bathroom door wouldn’t close without sticking. And there was no stopper in the sink so anything could fall down in the drain. And my sheets were nubby and scratchy,, so I remade the bed by using the sheet on top of the coverner. It looks like they are trying to make upgrades and improvements. And I hope they can complete them quickly

The room was dark & well worn on the edges. The bed was comfy & seemed clean. They had tiny square pillows that were useless. Bathroom seemed clean, but several towels were frayed or ripped & some showed signs of staining. Didn't stay for breakfast as it was barely adequate. The door didn't lock unless you pulled up on the whole door. Chipped paint in several places. The smell of the air freshener was so strong, as if hiding something, permeated the water carafe in the lobby. Pool closed. Needs renovations. Wouldn't stay again.

Good USA theme. But for USA it should have been exceptional. I like the big breakfast area. The pool is being redone, and other construction going on. But looks like they are trying to improve it. Staff were great. There was a stain on the bed frame dressing and hook for bathroom door came off. Nice outside park area. The room was big with a couch. Price for a night was comparable to others. Ok.

Stay USA was generally great, clean facilities and room, nice staff, good wifi. The only reason I docked a star overall is the bed, good gravy that bed was *firm*, like a plywood box with a comforter laid on top. Made sleeping a bit difficult for me. But it was a pleasant experience otherwise.
