Convenient to stay for Hot Air Balloon Festival. Room was clean. Building needs repairs, our bathroom door didn't close well, among other things I noticed around the hotel. Continental bfast was OK, but not great and they had a tough time keeping up with guests.

The building was large and well-kept. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, however, they quickly ran out of biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. There were some furnishings in the room that could have been repaired or replaced. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lamp didn’t work, breakfast was a joke (they ran out of EVERYTHING before 7:30 this morning), no café as advertised, evidence of stalled construction (it felt like we were in an unfinished facility).
