"The staff was fantastic. We had to stop in last minute on Christmas Eve due to weather delays. The staff accommodated our family and upgraded us to a suite. The property is new and modern. It is located right next to a movie theater and great dining options."

Maintenance guy who lives in the back was friendly, quiet & did not disturb us in any way.-The church bells that could be heard from the backyard were beautiful.-Kitchen - beautiful & well stocked with essentials - the hosts thought of everything - even chip clips!-touchscreen monitor in kitchen with internet so we could watch the Big Bear Eagles Nest live stream-Communication with the hosts was fantastic. Ex: when we arrived, two burner knobs on the stove were not working. We sent a text & w/in 30 minutes (on a Sunday), they had someone there to fix it.-VERY safe with outdoor lighting, subtle chimes & cameras. You will be (& feel) safe renting this home. There are motion-sensor lights & cameras throughout the exterior of the house. Audible bells chime when anyone moves to the sides, front or back of the house. Exceeded our every expectation.Absolutely incredible property & experience! Highly recommend!"
