"Never ate breakfast at the hotel. Coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Lobby Bar was excellent. Overall a 10/10. Staff room location perfect. Wonderful will go back and recommend to others. Wonderful trip to the Christmas Markets!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and the Christmas market was within short walking distance. We had a lake view room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided all the essentials for our stay. "

"This is a lovely old fashioned room. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the hotel and the staff was wonderful! The location is excellent! The restaurant next door was great too!"

"Property details are completely incorrect. 1. Property is not waterfront. It’s a 20 minute drive to waterfront2. Property did not have jacuzzi available. No water, owner advised too expensive3. Property had no air conditioner which they state they had. Owner was not happy she had to locate two machines. It was extremely hot.4. Property did not have a working barbecue. It was in a box and more like a camping BBq. 5. No instructions how to operate anything in the house- owner arrive same day we arrived and expected us to remember all instructions- :(6. Personnel entered the home when we were not there which is not appropriate for a rental property. They need to call and advise they are entering the property. We had valuables in the house."
