The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that they are remote. The apartment was lovely and clean.

Perfekt gelegen, direkt beim Bahnhof Vevey (5Minuten zu Fuss). Keine Rezeption, dafür alle nötigen Infos und Schlüssel in einer "online App". Praktische, kleine Küche, schöne Dachterrasse mit Seesicht... Nur die Betten sind etwas schmal, aber sonst okay (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich für meinen Geschmack).
